CIP (Cleaning In Place) SYSTEMS
|
INCOTEC realizes CIP (Cleaning In Place System) systems for the pharma facilities in compliance with the cleaning standards.
Our solutions are supplied according to the customer’s requirements in order to match their specific requests.
Every CIP Unit is designed for each process system (piping and process equipments), is demanded to the customer's specification providing to realize a Single Pass System or a Recurculation System, by the way our CIP Unit are fully automated to run several sequences placed on management system. The CIP System are capable to run any recipe setted on plc, provide to supply hot water rinsing or selected temperature water rinsing/washing. The dosing system are managed by plc too, and it is possible to set several chemicals' dosing.
The CIP systems are designed to run the cleaning sequences in a safe way in order to avoid a manual cleaning by operators, to match the sterile issues for a pharma plant, to save costs and time on process schedule.
Besides, an automatic cleaning guarantees you more about a repeatable quality of performances.

parameters are stored and available to be addressed
to a specific user.
A plc is placed on the equipment to manage over the plant.

PLANT ERECTION
|
INCOTEC supplies turn key solutions by mean its partnership with structured construction companies for mechanical and electro-instrumental plant erections.
The construction issues are managed by INCOTEC that assumes responsibility for schedule, erection and quality of manufacturing.
We perform and we are responsible for Commissioning and Plant Start-up, such as for collecting and updating of all the relevant technical documentations.

IMSis: Software to manage process critical instrumentations.
|
IMISis (Instruments Management System) is a software composed by 2 components: a server and multiple clients.
This tool, through an easy GUI, can prepare and print labels (to apply directly on instruments) and calibration forms, can trace lifestory of each instrument, provides a remainder in order to advise operator when a calibration has to take place.
IMSis has a service is able to monitorize expiration date of calibration and advise the operator to redo it by emal.
IMSis is able to archive instrument's data, operator's data, calibration forms.
